Learning begins where people truly meet – with honesty, mindfulness, and openness.
Start ConversationThe Sensibilisierung Initiative is an interdisciplinary network of educators, trainers, and researchers who see education as a space for connection, reflection, and social change. What unites us is a shared attitude. And what drives us is a central question:
Our programs are aimed at children, young people, and educational professionals. We develop workshops, training sessions, and educational materials on topics such as social skills, media literacy, emotional education, relationship work, anti-discrimination, and child protection. For us, it's not about quick fixes, but about sustainable change—in thinking, feeling, and acting.
The team
The Sensibilisierung Initiative brings together professionals from education, child protection, sociology, psychology, media education, and anti-discrimination work. For us, it’s not just about professional expertise, but above all about attitude.
Everyone who works with us shares a relationship-oriented, discrimination-critical, and reflective approach to educational processes. We believe that education emerges through collaboration. That’s why mutual exchange is a key tool for our continuous development.
